2019 General Membership Meeting

Good evening
On Thursday August 29, 6pm at the St Luke’s UMC Grove we will be conducting our 2019 General Membership Meeting. If you are an approved volunteer, manager, coach, umpire, team mom or dad, you are automatically a member. If you are a parent and would like to become a member, you can attend at no charge. All others wishing to be included will need to make a $5 donation at the door. This meeting will detail the past season and our upcoming seasons. This meeting will also give any willing participant to be nominated to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors ballot. In our Spring Survey, many of you expressed your unhappiness about certain aspects of the season. This is your chance to voice your opinion and even join the Board to fix it. The Board of Directors are a group of unpaid workers who devote a lot of their time for the girls and boys of York County. If you have ideas on how to make the league better, please attend and add your name to the ballot. After our current term ends on September 30, many of our BOD members will not be returning. If you would like to add your name to the ballot, please email our Secretary, Kelly by August 28. Her email is [email protected]. The future of our league depends on you. Please consider joining us on August 29.
